This document is the terms and conditions for using the Mycharger.ge website.

This document is a mutually binding contract between the user and Mycharger.ge.

Mycharger.ge will be referred to hereafter as “Mycharger.ge” in these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and all other guidelines and instructions.

The terms and conditions of using the Mycharger.ge website, together with the amendments made to it and other regulations of Mycharger.ge, represent a single document and should be considered as a single contract signed with the user.

By registering on the website, the user accepts and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return and exchange rules, and agrees to be bound by them.

If the user does not agree with the content of Mycharger.ge’s legal documents, he may not use the website, however, Mycharger.ge requests the user to provide comments by e-mail.

Mycharger.ge (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “website”)
User – a legal entity or an individual who has reached the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wants to purchase products posted on Mycharger.ge.
User’s consent – expressed consent to read this document by the user and process his/her personal data.
Third party – any natural or legal person, public institution.
Direct Marketing – Offering email services.
Registration – creating a personal account.
Account – personal page registered by the user on Mycharger.ge.

By opening an account on the website, the user is given the opportunity to purchase products posted on Mycharger.ge.

Each order made by the user constitutes a separate purchase agreement, the parties of which are the authorized user of the website and “Saturn” LLC. When placing an order, the subject of purchase, its cost and place of delivery are generated.

Registration

To purchase products on Mycharger.ge, you need to register on the website, for which it is necessary to fill out the registration form with the following data:

The customer can register on the website during the purchase of the product and also before the purchase.

Before purchase, registration/authorization takes place after the user selects “login” from the main menu of the website.

The user confirms and warrants that:

He is a person of legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
will not use another person’s personal identification information to register on the Mycharger.ge website;

will not use the website to impersonate another company, company employee or any other person;
will not violate the rights of another person by illegal and harmful actions;
will not use a device, a program, the purpose of which is to obtain information from the website and/or interfere with normal functioning;
will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing and publication of information available on Mycharger.ge: logo, icon, picture, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and any other kind of intellectual property, Mycharger.ge without prior written consent;
will not use another user’s account;
will not attempt to gain access to another user’s authentication information;
will not take any action that would endanger the proper functioning of Mycharger.ge;
will not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, this Agreement and Mycharger.ge’s Privacy Policy.

Placement of order and purchase of products by the customer

After the user has selected the product and placed it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new user, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where he wants to receive the purchase.

In order to pay for Mycharger.ge products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information specified by him, in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer is responsible for delay in product delivery.

The user will be able to check the information about the purchased product on his personal page.

Mycharger.ge reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer’s order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.

After payment of the product fee by the user, the right of ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the user.

The customer can see the rules for exchange and return of the purchased products on the return conditions page .

Terms and conditions of delivery of purchased products

The user agrees that Mycharger.ge will deliver the products purchased by him

The parties to the supply contract are the customer and Mycharger.ge

Mycharger.ge, in order to provide courier services, will provide the courier with the known, personal confidential information about the user, namely the user’s name, surname, address and phone number.

Mycharger.ge transfers the products purchased by the user to the courier company, which transports the products to the specified address. Mycharger.ge’s responsibility ends when the products are handed over to the courier company. The risk of product loss and damage is fully transferred to the courier company.

The user can view the policy on processing and storage of confidential information on the Privacy Policy page .

receiving service

The customer can receive the purchased products both on working and non-working days.

Products purchased by the user from the Mycharger.ge website before 21:00 will be delivered in Tbilisi on the same day, and products purchased after 21:00 will be delivered the next day.

In large and small regions, products purchased from the Mycharger.ge website are delivered in 3 – 5 working days, and in the case of mountainous regions, in 7 – 10 working days.

Courier service is paid throughout Georgia.

settlement rule

Payment is made only through cashless payment.

When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to the payment page, where he indicates his card data. The settlement request is processed and confirmed by the bank.

Mycharger.ge does not have access to both the payment page and the bank card data specified by the user.

If the settlement is successfully completed, a message containing relevant information appears on the screen.

After completing the payment, the user will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the order to the e-mail specified by him.

Closing a personal account and restricting use

If Mycharger.ge believes that the user has violated these terms and conditions or the user has registered with false information, it is authorized to close access and limit the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a message sent to e-mail. The user should contact the Mycharger.ge team in case of receiving a similar message.

Limitation of Liability

Mycharger.ge ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties, services offered by them to users.

By registering on the website, the user confirms that he is a capable person who has reached the age of 18 and uses the website at his own free will and risk.

Mycharger.ge is not responsible that the website or service will be permanently available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will not have software bugs, viruses and/or any other errors.

Mycharger.ge takes full responsibility for the damage caused by negligence, as well as for the cases when the information necessary for the user’s authorization became known to a third party.

Mycharger.ge excludes both itself and all its employees from any liability in case of culpable violation of this document and applicable laws by the user.

Mycharger.ge is limited to the value of the disputed product in the event that the court determines its liability.

The company disclaims full responsibility for any kind of damage and/or interruption that may be caused by the participation of third parties – internet providers, mobile companies and other interrupted work.

Restrictions on the use of the website

Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. Mycharger.ge will not provide the user with the kind of service that it believes is against the applicable legislation.

The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to Mycharger.ge systems, improper use of information on the website or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm Mycharger.ge’s legally protected interests.

During registration on the website, the user agrees to subscribe to advertising, promotional materials, services, products and services of interest to the user. In case of consent, the user will receive website news, various offers and information via e-mail.

The user will be responsible for the material and non-material damage caused to Mycharger.ge, the damage may include the costs incurred by Mycharger.ge to eliminate this damage, including legal fees and court costs.

By purchasing products on the website, no copyright is transferred to the user.

Mycharger.ge respects the copyrights of others and encourages users to protect the copyrights of Mycharger.ge.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions are effective upon acceptance by the User and remain in effect until the User’s account is cancelled.

The validity of this document can be terminated in the cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia and/or this rule, as well as at the initiative of the user at any time, after the full payment of any type of debt (if any) to Mycharger.ge at the time of termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Procedure

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia

The parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. In case of the impossibility of successful completion of the negotiations, the parties have the right to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.

The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the invalidity of any other part.

Changes and additions

Mycharger.ge reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same website, without further additional consent of the user. After making changes/additions, Mycharger.ge considers the user’s continued use of the website as the user’s consent.
