How will the refund be made?

After returning the item, Mycharger.ge will notify you within 24 hours of the decision on the refund/return status of the product.

In case of factory complaint, you will know the decision about refund or replacement of the item within 5 days.

In case of a positive decision, the refund will be made within 5 working days after receiving the notification.

How will the returned product be refunded?

  • The money can be returned by cash or non-cash payment, in case of non-cash payment, the money will be returned to the customer by crediting the card account with which the item was purchased.

The procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation services:

  • Mycharger.ge will reimburse the cost of the transportation service, if the purchase was made in large and small regions or in the case of a high-mountainous region, in the event that the user finds a factory defect in the product.
